Faith Teams Now Includes Built-In Support Through Freshdesk

We’re excited to announce a big improvement in how Faith Teams provides help and support for our churches!  Faith Teams recently launched Freshdesk, a leading customer support and ticketing system.

This means that when you need help, you’ll have a smoother, faster, and more transparent way to reach our team — and to track the progress of your requests from start to finish.

You can initiate a support ticket right from within Faith Teams. Each request becomes a “ticket” in our support system, ensuring it’s tracked and handled promptly by the right person.
