Improving the Delivery of Emails
Improving the Delivery of Emails
If you are experiencing low delivery rates for your out-going emails, it is probably because of the email address you are sending from. If the email sender see’s that your emails are being sent from one domain (faithteams.com) but have something like johndoe@yahoo.com as the sender, it will sometimes cause lower delivery rates. You can improve this by creating a new “Email Sending Route” within your account. Basically, you will create a new sending email within our system that will look something like this: johndoe@mg.faithteams.com. Your out-going emails will be sent from this address, but when people reply to those emails, the replies will be forwarded to your normal email inbox. Here’s how to set this up:
- Click “Profile” in the top right corner.
- Click “User Profile”.
- Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up screen to the section called “Create Email Sending Route”.
- Input your desired User Name.
- Click “Create Route”.
- If this user name is available, it will be created and your out-going emails will now be sent from this address.
