Setting up Your List of Funds

You can add the different funds that your church uses.  For example: Tithing, Building Fund, Missions, etc.

  1. Click on the “Contributions” tab in the menu.
  2. Click “Edit Funds”.
  3. Click “Add New Fund” to add a new fund to the list.
  4. To edit the name or description of an existing fund, simply click the field you want to edit, make your changes, and click the Checkmark to save.
  5. The column titled “Internal”. This is where you can choose to show or hide this fund as an option internally as your team is inputting contributions into Faith Teams.
  6. The column titled “External”. This is where you can choose to show or hide this fund as an option externally for people who are Giving online.
  7. The column called “Default”. This is where you can choose one fund to be the “default” fund selected as your team is inputting contributions into Faith Teams, which speeds up the process.
